Shipping Policy

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery is 3-5 days; customs inspections, holidays and carrier handling may cause delays.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order value, destination and service. Free shipping applies only when clearly stated in a promotion.
Orders may be placed on weekends and public holidays and will be processed on the next business day. Dispatch may therefore be delayed.
Tracking or delivery progress will be provided after dispatch when available.

Before ordering, the buyer must confirm the destination rules for tobacco imports, age, quantity and permits. Regulations change and customs clearance cannot be guaranteed.
Import duty, VAT, clearance charges and local handling fees are the recipient’s responsibility and must be paid to customs or the carrier unless checkout clearly states otherwise.
If a parcel is held, contact local customs or the carrier promptly and send customer support the order number, tracking number and detention notice. We will reasonably assist with available order or shipping documents.
If a parcel is returned unopened and remains resalable, we may refund the merchandise value after receipt and inspection, less outbound and return shipping, duties and handling costs. Parcels confiscated, destroyed or abandoned because of local restrictions, unpaid charges, refusal or inaction are not eligible for refund or free reshipment. A verified item or document error made by us will be handled separately.

Returns & Refunds

If an item is incorrect, the quantity is wrong, or a serious defect makes it unusable, contact customer support or the email shown on this site within 3 calendar days of delivery. Include the order number and photos of the package and item.
Returned goods must be unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging. Due to the hygiene and regulatory nature of tobacco products, opened, damaged-packaging, used or requests made after 3 days are generally not eligible for return or refund.
After review, we may arrange a replacement, reshipment or refund as appropriate. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider.
Shipping and other costs caused by buyer preference, an incorrect address or other customer-provided information are non-refundable.
